Emergency SB 6095 Secretary of Health Orders

Emergency SB6095...

Pete’s Bills is a short list of important bills that have been read and should be testified on in his opinion. If you are one of those who is happy to sit back on the couch and only complain after a law is in effect, this is probably not enjoyable reading for you.

Peter spends a lot of his time investigating and responding to bills that the Legislature is bringing up, discussing, and voting on before they become law. If you know Peter you already know this. It involves many, many hours of reading. There are only so many bills that you can read in a day and none of us have a whole day to spend on them. We can choose which are the most important to us and act on them.

This is set up to assist others in learning how to save time as they learn about this and begin to participate too. It is a “many hands” thing. People who want to get up off of the couch and do something. Hopefully, more citizens will stand up and take an active role in monitoring what politicians are doing over there in Olympia. By communicating with the lawmakers, we could introduce some common sense and prevent ridiculous laws from being passed in the first place..</!–more–>

SB 6095 Secretary of Health Orders

Health & Long Term Care, CON

The Secretary of Health or the Secretary’s appointed representative may issue a standing order for a prescription or any biological product, device, or drug for the purpose of… “controlling and/or preventing” the spread of, mitigating, or treating any infectious or noninfectious disease. In other words a vaccine. And there would be no repercussions for them in regards to civil or criminal damages.

From Bill Analysis: “Provides authority for the Secretary of Health or the secretary’s designee to issue a prescription or standing order for a drug or device to control a threat to public health... The secretary or the secretary’s designee has sole discretion and owes no duty to any person to issue a prescription or standing order. Neither the state nor the secretary nor the secretary’s designee shall be liable for any civil or criminal damages or any professional disciplinary action related to the issuance of prescriptions or standing orders.”

Info from a sister site this morning – Influencing Olympia Effectively, friend JB:

“During Covid, the Secretary of Health issued standing orders for vaccines, testing, and other injections, under federal authority. The federal emergency has ended and so has the ability of our state to give those types of standing orders. With this bill, the secretary will have the ability to acquire, possess, deliver, dispense, and administer a biological product (vaccine, for example), device, or drug.

HB6095 needs to be testified on before 10:30 this morning!

  1. I absolutely do NOT want this bill to pass. It is not legal, and I do not want a politician to make decisions on my health care. I choose only doctors that I trust to do that. During COVID the state ran AMUCK over us with ridiculous measures that did not help with health issues. They became mandates of control. Politicians should stay out of mandating our health care, they are not qualified and do not have the years of training that health professionals have. NO NO NO NO NO.

  2. The United States was established to give all people freedom of thought, speech, rights, & how they lived their daily life. The COVID mandates caused many to loose their jobs, drop out of organizations, & stop volunteering. The vaccine caused infertility & many deaths in all age groups. Any new vaccine or device needs to be studied and tested for several years before it is OFFERED not FORCED on the public.
Please vote NO on SB 6095. Thank you in advance.
