I process all orders for commission work, prints and layout as fast as possible and utilize the fastest most economical shipping available. Shipments are sent with delivery confirmation and sufficient insurance to replace the item with. We ship orders as soon as the payment for them clears the bank, and ask that you take a good look at the image you wish to purchase prior to placing your order for a print or original piece of art because our site accurately represents the art and all sales are final. There is an exception to this "no returns", rule if there is a problem with mail delivery that damages product.
Please contact us via email for instructions on how to return damaged product and request a replacement. We do not allow returns of product for refund, but we will replace merchandise damaged during shipment after processing the appropriate postal claim.
